Each year, your Schedule K-1 Form is compiled after annual audits for all the DSI Funds are completed.
Audits begin as soon as the calendar year ends and are completed as soon as possible. Upon conclusion of the audit, K-1 figures are compiled and then prorated to each Limited Partner in each of our funds.
